    Question Lowercase on ISO-8859-1

I have a legacy system built in ASP that passes data in Uppercase. Some of the characters that come from this system are as follows
    Code:
    Á
However because it is all upper case it appears as PÁUL on the page as opposed to PUL
Does anybody know how to regex so that from the 2nd character after a & through to the next ; is made lowercase?
    Thanks in advance

So lowercase the entity name except the first character?

Sure, but it depends on the language. I'm guessing you're using .NET for the new system?

I worked around it by replacing the Entity Name with the Entity number of the relevent characters using ASP so did not need Regex in the end, but thanks for responding
