How to Make Ruby Project

I'm truly confused in making project at ruby forge either don't have experienced in attempting to create project. Since, this make me confused, it also make me more curios.

Nevertheless, I want to ask first in how to do a project in ruby forge? What are the step if there is?

You need to create a new gem in terms of creating a new project in ruby forge.
