    Keypress event in Ruby

I have a problem in ruby and after searching for a while I was unable to find a solution. I have a wpf program using VB code and inside that program I using a webbrowser control. I then populate that control with a web application that is built in ruby on rails. There is a problem when the Backspace button is pressed and I would like to disable it. I have disabled it in the VB code by handeling the webbrowser.keydown event but that is not working. I need to handle this in the ruby code and I am unaware of how to do this. Thanks

In a web application you can't bind interactive events in Ruby, which runs on the server. You can only bind them in JavaScript, which runs on the client.
