Actually before ruby didn't work, I did nothing about httpd.conf so I don't know how to change something in httpd.conf.
in the past if our web site has some problem, we just restart server. I don't know it will work this time. Because some one lock our server and I couldn't restart and shut down. can I just click the button on CPU to shut down and click again to start? Does this action will make some bad effect on system or web site( right now we couldn't see it, because system is been shut down)
