Hi Ruby Folks! If you'd like to use your skills for the sake of the OpenSource community, try out the Ruby OpenSource Challenge. Fix a bug, write a new needed feature or just update the lagging documentation and have a chance of winning some nice prizes. James did an amazing job working on i18n of Active Admin as well as taking on some nagging Formtastic bugs and issues.
