Where to save ruby file?

Where to save ruby file?

Hi, I am new guy about ruby.

I download ruby and install in my computer, right now I can run ruby in console window C:/ruby/bin if i type ruby -v, it will work. I create a hello.rb file, I don't know where I should save it in order to run.

C:/ruby/bin ruby hello.rb should I save it in bin?
