Rain in East, Southern Plains, Northwest (AP)
AP - Light rain developed from Great Lakes to the Northeast on Tuesday, while severe thunderstorms — with hail and damaging wind — were reported in Florida. Heavy rain also moved through Texas and Oklahoma, as well as parts of the West.
