A free program that can create nice html emails?
Does anyone know of a free program that will let me easily create pro-looking html emails to promote a website I am working on? I do have dreamweaver 2004 but I don't think it has the email feature. I have tried to create emails using dreamweaver but it comes out really bad, I think that outlook express uses a different kind of formatting than normal webpages. I'm not really into code so I can't do it without a program.
