Arrgghh! Free Browser-based WYSIWYG Html Editor?
Anyone know of a free or dirt-cheap, runs-in-a-browser WYSIWYG HTML editor, similar to http://www.jspell.com/jspellwysiwyginfo.html jspell, or like the rich text editor at Yahoo Mail? I need something that site visitors can use to enter formatted text, needs to look and act kind of like a word processor, but generate HTML.

look on www.hotscripts.com
I think they have a few good ones. Not sure how dirt cheap you want it to be.

check out the article on www.devarticles.com which shows you how to build your own.
..or, try http://www.webedpro.com - thats a pretty cool online editing ide. it does cost money, but theres an online demo which ive tried and its pretty powerful for a html/javascript and perl backend based editor.
