Article Managment Script

I can't seem to find any script out there for article management (Articles such as a review of something or a tutorial.. not news). At least none with the features I am looking for:

-PHP based
-MySQL Admin Logging, etc
-Multiple Pages
-Article Rating System
-Template Based
-Categories
-Printable page
-Easy to integrate into current website

I searched Google high and low the past 2 days and came up scriptless. Some of the scripts I found were either broken linked, not enough features, or just didn't work!
Does anyone out there have a script with these features?
(And that is not PHPNuke and not 'News' manager)
