Billing Script.
I was wondering if there is a free billing script out there somewhere. Something that will let me setup clients and track their payments and information. And they can be albo to login and see their payment statuses and all.

phpcoin is free for the moment. Also solidstate i think it's called. You have to remember though you will get what you pay for when it comes to software.
