Can anyone help me with batch files for windows xp?

anyone knows how to create a batch file that can delete folder?
the folder was named according to the date when the files were stored.
i need a batch file to delete the folder older than 30 days.
can anyone help me with this? thank you

Check the timestamp of the file , subtract it from today , if it is more than 30 day , delete it.
