Crystal Enterprise Installation + Configuration

Hi,

At work, I have to install and configure Crystal on a number of servers
I'm thinking of writing a script that would install crystal enterprise 8.0 and then configure the services in command line. Anyone know how I should go about it? I don't really need help writing the script, but need help finding an API that I could call and interact with. Has anyone had any experience with this?
