customer download script HELP

hello

i was wondering any one new of any scripts that i can use for my e-book site

currently i am using a shoppying cart, and when users buy e-book/s and i recieve payment i send them the direct link to the e-book

But i would like to stop that.

I want some kind of software which lets me create something like a customer Id and a password for my customer to login and have access to download only the certain ebooks which they paid for, and when they download some kind of script which hides the direct download link.
