Help! looking for a Date picker with support multiple date selection

HI all

I am looking for a Calendar Date Picker, which allows the user to view various months and then select a specific date by clicking on the calendar date. (allow the selection of a single date, or multiple dates).

Besides, it also allows the user to select the date session by clicking on the specific date for example : to selection checkbox by : [am] [pm] or [whole day.].

Then all information will store into DB. Does any one advise me where i can find/buy the product.
