Extremely simple CMS?

Does anyone know of an extremely basic and easy to use CMS? What I'm looking for is something that's easy enough for someone who doesn't know HTML to install and use to modify just the text on their web site every once in a while. Any suggestions?

Have you looked at any yet?

I always think Joomla is pretty straightforward once the structure is done.

When I say easy, I mean so easy someone who knows absolutely nothing could get it and use it. What I mean is - someone has a website already, and they want to be able to make some modifications to it. Joomla needs you to configure it, and you have to understand what a MySQL database is. That's not easy enough for what I mean.

Yeah - so they would need someone to set it up, but after that it is good to go and straightforward.

Perhaps something simpler would be http://www.webclickgo.com
