File Management/Groupware

Hey guys and dolls,

I'm looking for a simple script.

What I'm trying to do is set it up so that an admin can upload PDF files for 2 clients to see. The admin can specify which client can see the file when it is uploaded. Each client is given a user/pw and can only see the files that are assigned to them.

I've been trolling the usual sources, but haven't really found what I'm looking for, so I figured I'd run it by the forum.
