Free Hosting Script Needed

I am looking to supply free hosting and need a trusted, recommended script. It can be PHP or CGI and may use MySQL databases (if needed). Here is what I want in the script:

- Limit Space, Bandwidth, and other things (emails, php scripting, file limits).
- Able to create subdomains or host their domain.
- I insert a banner code I want on all pages hosted on the server (ad banner).
- (optional) FTP enabled
- Able to block mp3s, videos, software, and other media
- Account Instant Activation
- Email notification with temporary password.

This would be really great to have. What I want is something close to what geocities and/or anzwers.org does (not exact, just the main features needed). Thanks

PS Server I am gonna use is a Linux Redhat 9.0 (I think Linux).

You could consider Hivemaker (http://www.hivemaker.com). It takes a different approach to free webhosting and this imposes certain restrictions people might dislike. For instance, users don't create their own website. When it is released it will have a library of templates that a user MUST choose from. This template can have it's CSS modified to dramatically change the appearance, however the basic XHTML will be the same. So, it is very easy for people who do not have XHTML knowledge but it isn't made for semi-experienced users seeking a webhost. It is also still in an alpha testing state and the templates aren't finished. Check it out, it might be something you like.

Also there is XPanel (www.xpanel.org) that is a more conventional free hosting style script. It doesn not really support any templating features but it is a great piece of software, and cheap.

Well ... the only one I see close is xpanel.org, but I need one that can not only limit space but bandwidth as well. Please help people!

Cpanel can do that but its quite expensive (I think)
