Grab data from a website

Hey folks, I'm brand new here, and not sure in which forum where to ask this, I figured scripts would be a good bet.

There's a website that displays different lists based on the settings of two drop down boxes. I'm looking for a way to copy and save all the data of the lists with all combinations of the drop downs. I could do it manually but it would be tedious and time-consuming, especially if the data changes.

Anyone knows of a smarter way to do this?
thanks!
