Help needed on Wise msi scripting

Don't know if I'm in the right forum, if not can sombody tell me where I can find the right answer for my problem. This is the problem: I'm trying to make an msi for an application ( I've already made several msi's). The compilation of the wsi (Wise file) into a msi ( MicroSoft installer) goes fine, after installing the msi and clicking on the application the msi progression bar comes up for 3 minutes and this is every time I start the appplication. The discspace for this application grows every time the application starts, it's like the app is installing something again every time
