hosting management script

heya all!

couldn't find too much relevant on the search or google, but I am looking for a small PHP/MySQL related application that does the following:

1. simple admin interface to allow you to add a user, this will create a subdomain on the server (this is a linux/apache server).
2. it will create a folder and add the dns, and then create an ftp account to allow them FTP access
3. it will email notify them of their password to access the ftp, etc and store all this in a mysql db.

it needs to be free and open source as I want to make some changes and stuff to it.
