I'de like some help please!

So, I'm creating a website for a community about bakers.

I would like each member of the community to be able to have their own 'profile' that would link to all the the recipes that that person has submitted.

I would also like to be able to have them input their recipe into a form, and , once approved by me, posted simply on a new page, that branches out from their profile.

There is a blog involved and I will be using wordpress for that.
Is there a way to use just wordpress for this?

Also, what do you guys think the most ideal way would be for organization of the recipes, ect? I was thinking a wiki of sorts, but I don't know too much about wiki's.

There will also be a forum involved if the wiki idea does not turn out.

I don't really know if there is a program out there already somewhere that can do this all for me.

If there isn't anything like this out there, could you guys let me know what language that this would be best in?

Blog + Forum + Wiki = ?

Also, each member would also need an image gallery.
