What exactly do you want it to do??
There is a real variation in the packaged software out there!!

What exactly are you trying to do!

Forget Mewsoft - the guys a flake and actually a rip off artist.

Mewsoft Review on CNET

No support and I mean none - and he has loaded the software up with backdoors and uses them - watch out!!
Can't warn you strong enough.

You can use everyauction as a starting point its open source and build your own from there!!

Or this is another free script that is excellent as long as you just want to run flat file

This is really clean and fast with an amazing amount of features for a free script - takes seconds to install and easy to customize!!

I have good auction software and can host as well if needed.
Runs on a Mysql Database.
Stop by my site, I am even running a couple specials right now.
