IIS Clustering & Replicatoin

Danger N00be in action...

We're currently seeing a massive increase in our site traffic. I'm bound to IIS and need to setup a clustered environment. We have about 30 unique sites with more on the way. I want to have many IIS servers running the sites and being able to maintain just one IIS server that would propagate to the balance of the servers. Here's the rub, I'm also bound by using Win2k server NOT ADVANCED SERVER. I have found the MS docs for Adv Server. Any tools or advice would be greatly appreciated!
