Image counter/tracker

Ok, I'm looking for a simple script that will do the following:

- display my banner on a few sites (while pulling it off my site through a code like http://www.mydomain.com/script.php?image1 or something like that so the script.php can keep track of how many times it has been viewed and on which site)
- count the incoming links from each site that displays the banner and count the impressions on that site as well.

I know there are such scripts around, but I don't know what to look for, what the category of these scripts would even be, etc... so if you've seen anything that resembles what I am looking for, please let me know!
