Licensing
I'm currently looking into PHPAudit for licensing my script. Does anyone know of any alternatives (I cannot find any on Hotscripts) or have any comments about PHPAudit?

That doesn't look at all to be liscensing your script... it looks as if the company will distribute it...

PHPAudit allows people to register (and pay if necessary) to gain access to the script and download a license key to allow them to use it. That is what I'm looking for.

Ah. I haven't heard of any other services that do this automatically, but you of course could make your own or use a payment processing system such as PayPal.

Yes, I could make my own but that would take quite a bit of time to get it right. I'd like to use a premade one first if possible.

I recommend shareit. It is like phpaudit but for any kind of software. I use it for over a year and I am very satisfied.
