Looking for social networking script to share links

Hi,

I am looking for a simple social networking script that:

1) builds profiles of member's including member's favorite links
2) includes a shoutbox for members to communicate with each
3) filters out spammy messages (e.g. by using Akismet and/or Bad Behavior)
4) display latest most popular links on the homepage

I am willing to pay for mods if a basic script is in place.
