Members Script

I know this is going to sound like a bit much, but even if you know somewhere where I can get something similar to what I want, please tell me because im getting desperate!

I would like a members script / user system type thing that lets people make accounts, login, send private messages, comment on news, give accounts permission to post news (they would be staff obviously) etc etc.
