PHP4 - My wordpress blog is not compatible with IE and opera!
Can anyone tell me why my wordpress blog is broken with IE and opera? Only Ff shows the whole page.
I did not changed anything for I don't know about programming. I just uploaded the "prosense" template to it and after that, I am getting broken page.. Any help is highly appreciated.. My page for you to look is myseoblog.net- please try in both FF and IE to compare the result. Thanks a lot |

I'm on Linux so I dont have IE. But, does IE report any javascript problems? Your page has a crap load of content on the first page but that shouldnt be causing a problem. If you switch back to another template does it work?

Hi silveraden, welcome to DS.
This is HTML / CSS related question, not PHP although WP generates the pages with PHP obviously. You have invalid XHTML tags - unless they are defined in a custom name-space ( for example <o:p></o:p>) And comments that may be the culprit from Line 536, Column 213 onwards... Line 665, Column 123: unclosed start-tag requires SHORTTAG YES. Validate your HTML - you have little or no chance of cross browser compatibility otherwise. Suggesting that this gets moved to HTML, though Quote:

You may first try to upload all files once again. It's possible that an error occurred during the upload process.

Welcome to Dev Shed.
Thread moved to Scripts ... I would normally move this to HTML as suggested in the report but this seems to be an issue with a prepackaged add-on to a third-party application, and the user seems uninterested and/or unable to address the HTML himself or herself (and I don't blame you ... it's probably an overwhelming mess ).
