Need Script For Small Business

Hello, I need a script for my business, either free or paid. I need to post quotes to customers in a secure login area, so want something where I can issue each customer their own User n Pass to their own area. I would like to know when these customers login to their area. Their area just needs to be something simple where they can read the quote, see photos or images. I need something very simple and easy to use. Any suggestions please?

Document with unique link and expiration date can be created which can be shared with the customer. Document can be pdf or images. Lots of other features.
