Newsletter script for website

Hello, i am currently working on my website, and i would like people to be able to signup and then i can send them newsletters ones a week.

I only need to to put in name + email.

And then be able to see the entire list of subscribers, and be able to send a mass mail to all who have signed up.

I have no clue what so ever on making anything like this, so i hope there is someone out there who have one or would be able to make one.

The newsletter is for my betting site, and it is going to be used to send people the "daily bet".
