Off Topic: Do you know a zip program like this?

Hi people,

First of all, forgive me for any inconvenience this off topic question my cause to all of you.

Please, does anybody knows any freeware program that is capable of download a single file from a zip archive without the need to download the entire zip archive?

I remember that a long time ago, (about 1~2 years) I've downloaded a program like this but I lost it in a HD crash. I've tried to search for anything like this at Yahoo and Google but I find nothing. The only program that I know that is capable of do this is 'Download Accelerator Plus 5.3', but it is not freeware.

If any of you knows a program like this, please let me know.
