Parsing XPath to output data from a remote website?

Im sure someone here is going to have experience with this, however so far I am just hitting dead ends.

I am trying to create myself a script which can check status on a product.

I want to be able to check the status of a Desire HD on Play.com: http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/4-/16440100/HTC-Desire-HD-Android-Sim-Free-Unlocked-8-Megapixel-Touch-Screen-Mobile-Phone/Product.html

Now, what I want to display on my website is the text "Usually dispatched within 3-5 weeks." Using XPATH this would mean that I can see on my website when this changes to a different date.

I am using XPATHER with Firefox and it has give me the XPATH of:
    Code:
    /html/body[@id='goto-top']/form[@id='mainForm']/div[@id='mainContainer']/div[@id='contentContainer']/div/div/div[1]/div[@id='middleCol']/div/div[1]/div[2]/div[1]/table/tbody/tr/td[2]/div/div[2]/p[2]/span
Could anybody tell me how to output that text using the XPATH to my website. I have looked around, yet I can't seem to find a way of doing it
