Purchasing Appointments

I have a client who is a personal trainer and wants to sell her appointments on-line.

Does anyone know of a script or set of scripts written in PHP and back-ending to a MySQL database that allows a website to sell appointment slots (i.e. credit cards) and at the same time keep track of what appointments are available?
