Reviewing System

I am currently developing my class web. The web hosting plan that I am registering for will start in November together with the domain hosting.

I'm adding links, and was wondering about a corner for my classmates to add reviews. Reviews like something which happened in school, or maybe some book review or gossip, such stuff. Where can I get a software which can help me with it?

Maybe, the reviewing system could have a star system on a scale from 1-5 stars, and there could be an average rating automatically keyed in.

Can fantastico do that?
