Script Challenge

I am wondering if there is a script that could be added to two seperate websites that would enable a dynamic update on both websites simultaniously??

I want to list the membership count of another site on my site as well. Is it possible to write code so that the membership count would update itself in real time on my site as it changes on the other site? Same dynamic data displayed on two totally seperate sites...
