Searching for a script: Gallery...

Hi. I am looking for a specific script. So here is the idea:

- a user must register to upload the photo.
- the number of possible uploaded photos should be customizable or set to 1.
- the user should be able to post some details about him-/herself.
- important: there should be a link leading to his/her site (i know this also can be added in some "about yourself" field, but I am just trying to give as much info as possible)

- this "top list" of photos of users should change the following way:
1. after a visitor (not a user) clicks on any site address (that should be placed under the picture as I already mentioned.) the user becomes 1 point. And the more people want to look at the site of the user, the more points he/she gets, the higher is his/her placement in the list.

2. a user places a link back to the main "gallery site" which is a counter with IP and COOKIE protection(is there any other kind of protection against compromising the counter?). So you get the drill ha?

the second option which is also good (may be even better for what I need), but it would be just awesome to have both features in the script.

So this is kinda a "top sites" script but more of a gallery in it.
I have looked at many, many, many scripts but did not find any that would fit my needs.

The script should not be necessarily exactly like i described it, i know php a little bit and can change some stuff.
