Lightbulb Social Networking Scripts

Meh, I've seen some Youtube inspired sites featuring different content than Youtube ranking fairly high but all sites looking very similar. I figure there is a lot of popularity and money to be made in that venture yet is not my cup of tea. I would just like to know where these types of scripts come from.

Unfortunately, it the examples of the content are permitted here so if you know what I mean than please share. If anyone has seen a script similar to Facebook or Myspace that would be cool too.

There are Facebook and myspace "clone" scripts out there. There are quite a few of this social networking scripts out there mainly written in php but it still lack some features that facebook and myspace had and some can't handle the multilanguage so......

I'm not too worried about the multilanguage as long as it is a scripting language and doesn't require a lot of actual programming knowledge. So where can these "clone" scripts be found?
