Hi,
Does anyone know of any cms's (preferably free or low cost) that present the information in templates using tags such as {{content}} Any ideas would be great! Thanks

Check out xoops. It uses the smarty templating system. Its basically find and replace as i think you want. You have tags such as {xoops_main_content} etc... www.xoops.org if you have cpanel with fantastico that also installs it.
