Tasklist command

Hi all,

i need to record down the system's memory usage, thread count and cpu %. Currently i have tis command that can capture memory usage from task manager but i am not able to find out how to capture the thread count and cpu usage. anyone can help?

tasklist /v /fi "imagename eq xxx.exe"
