Voting Script
Hello, I'm looking for a Voting script that will allow users to vote on which item (in this case it will be videos) is the best. Would like to be able to specify length of time the polls are open (ie. 7 days), and how often people can vote (ie. once/day). Only other requirement would be that votes are controlled through IP recording, so people cannot just delete cookies and to vote unlimited times.

I've been searching through hotscripts.com, just wanted to see if anyone had any good recommendations.
