Voting script with user registration

Hi, I've searched google all over the place, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Im looking for a voting script where the user would have to login to vote, and after a person has voted, it's just stored on a database. Like a voting system that's done to pick department presidents in uni's or something like that. At mine, they take the student card, and vote, so you're allowed to vote only once, and the total isn't shown right after you vote. Im looking for something similar to that for a website. Free or Pay will be fine.
