Web-Based FileManager/Text-Editor

Does anyone know of a good Web-Based FileManager/Text-Editor written in PHP?

I have some users on my box that know just about zip about moving files around on the net, but do know how to write html code. Basically, I want to give them easy access to their public_html dirs, and let them edit/create text files/directories.

If anyone knows of a basic PHP setup that will do the trick, please let me know. I don't want something too complex, i.e. messageboards, MOTD, email, etc. Just a simple file manager for the web written in php.
