Website Calendar

Looking some kind of php/mysql calendar that i can use as an events calendar for my radio station. just need some kind of layout that i can work with and manipulate.

needs to have the ability to add recurring events

also needs ability for the public to add events, which would need approval by an admin to make visible on the calendar.

ive been searching around google, etc all day for the last 2 days, and havent been able to find one that is solid and open source.

I can't vouch for this as I haven't used it, but easy php calendar showed up in my Google search, and looks reasonable based on their website literature.
