What is the best script for this project?

Hi i was wondering what is the best script for a project that i am working on right now.

The site is called neotostal and is mainly a neopets site, i dont really need a forum because i already have a forum with some mods, but im looking for an easy to use cms system that i can skin, it doesnt need to be that easily skinnned but i want it to work well with the site.
