Another one of those vBulletin questions

Alright. I have PHP4 installed on my system, along with Apache 1.3.

I'm able to open the vB setup correctly, but when I click 'Proceed to the next step' it just sits there. It's not trying to access the page - it doesn't even move on. Anyone who has had this problem before while setting up a vBulletin, can help me? I appreciate it.

Even if you haven't purchased additional support from vB, they give you a variety of support options...

    From the vB site:
    Standard Support - $0

Our standard support package is included with every license at no extra cost, and gives you access to a number of online support services:

    # vBulletin Community: As a licensed vBulletin customer, you will be given access (dependent on your acceptance of the forum rules) to post messages in the technical support forums within the vBulletin community message board.

    # Contact System: For official Jelsoft support, you can submit a ticket via the members area. Most tickets submitted using this system are answered by a Jelsoft technician within 4 hours.

    # Email: You can also receive assistance from our technical support team by sending email to support@vbulletin.com.
