A few questions about Search Engines in general
Okay I submitted my site to google a few days ago and the Googlebot has been crawling my site like every 3 minutes. Why isn't my site indexed yet on Google.com?
Do I need to submit my site multiple times to the same Search Engine, or is it a one time deal where I submit it once, and it gets accepted and stays in on google.com? |

Submit once, be patient. If the Google bot is crawling, your site will show, assuming of course it likes what it sees. Why have you decided your site hasn't been indexed/added yet?
Submitting multiple times can have a negative result and is not recommended.

if the bot is crawling your site you will probually be listed on google.com the next time the site reindexes, but you probually won't be number one (or even on the first page) unless you type a very specific search.
So try a very specific search, like your email if that is listed on the site and see if your page comes up, but don't resubmit because if the bot is crawling there is no reason. |
