AdWords help
Im new here...

Good day to all! I want to know some important infos about after creating an Adwords account. (I did'nt able to create one at this moment, is Adwords down?.)
For example I have these following Keywords: life settlement, life settlements, insurance and life insurance.

QUESTIONS:

1. If Google provides history list per word (example, "insurance", what the highest and lowest bidding for the last six months?)
2. How many times I have to monitor each keyword? (daily,weekly,monthly?)
3. What day of the week or month is final bidding?
4. Are they going to notify me by e-mail about my position in bidding?
5. Are they going to charge me per keyword?

Pls. bear with me with these questions, I don't have much time to click in every URLs in Google AdWords..

Hope u can help me guys with this inquiry.. Thank you in advance!

If you don't have time to read the info that Google provides you shouldn't bother with Adwords.
