Hi All-

I know this is a shot in the dark, but if anyone has any idea why this site --- www.lifeworks-international.com --- is not doing well I'd love to hear. I am at a loss and my boss is not too happy.

Depends how you define "not doing well". Looks like you are doing OK from the quick check I just did. The homepage has a Google PageRank of 5 and you have a reasonable amount of backlinks (Google 25, MSN 52 and Yahoo 75). Which keywords are you targeting?

it depends on your targeting keywords and your goals of SEO - SERP, traffic, or conversion. your site is small - 39 pages indexed by google.
