register your site with some directories and build PageRanks for your pages. You have PR0, that's hard to exchange links with other sites.

Sorry mate, but you're not going to get your website to the top of Google for the search 'MAIL' as it says on your website. If you run a search for the word, you'll discover all the top-rated people have websites actually related to 'mail' in some way (e.g. mail.com (1st), Gmail (4th)) and if you check their links (go to Google and type link:website address e.g. link:http://gmail.google.com) and you'll see they have thousands of links to them.

So, if you want to get some links, I suggest writing a website that has some content people might want to read. If you do create a list of all the free e-mail providers and compare them, people probably would find that useful and be willing to link to it.
